Privacy policy

The Rate Sheet collects your name, email, trade, location, the figures you enter, and the results the calculators produce. We also store the page you came from and any UTM tags on the link.

We use that information to email you the breakdown you asked for, to send the weekly brief if you subscribe, and — anonymously and in aggregate — to build charge-out benchmarks by trade and area. Repeat submissions from the same email are kept as separate rows. That is a signal, not a duplicate to erase.

We do not sell the list. We do not use advertising cookies. Analytics, if enabled, is privacy-friendly (Plausible or Fathom) and does not identify you.

This policy is written to comply with the Australian Privacy Principles. To request a copy or deletion of your records, email kevin@ratesheet.com.au. We will act on that request.
